Homewood Suites by Hilton Nashville-Airport

We’ve been misplaced by the winter storm fern, aka the ice storm of 2026. No power at our home and now no water. We booked online and everyone has been so gracious. Dylan the GM answered all my questions before I booked online, the front desk has been welcoming, the housekeeping staff Crystal especially is fantastic. While this has been an experience I hope we don’t have to deal with for a while they have helped make one part of it a relief by being so great. And the Wednesday evening dinner and trivia/games was a good family time in an otherwise stressful situation.

What a great find! Beautiful, spacious, and clean room. Reasonable price on this visit. Breakfast was a notch above standard with scrambled eggs, sausage, and shredded chicken, shells, and toppings to make your own burrito. Quick trip, but as a Diamond Member, I will add this to my list of recurring visits. See you next week!

As flying sometimes goes, I found myself delayed about five times for two of my flights. Fortunately, I was directed to a hotel for a stay. I'd chosen Homewood Suites, and let me tell you.... It does feel homey. The staff are funny and sweet. I come from Toronto, Canada, so experiencing 'southern hospitality' from the folks there was a welcomed brightness to a fairly rough two days. Though things may be a little older, the front area, dining area, and the hotel room themselves were tidy, neat, and spacious. The bed was super comfortable to just collapse into. They provided the amenities needed for a shower and bath; these bottles were filled fully. I asked for a toothbrush and toothpaste, and it was provided. I asked for restaurant recommendations and received them with a relaxed kind of enthusiasm. And breakfast was stunning. They had two waffle makers here, and it was absolutely lovely to wake up to fresh, warm waffles. The sausages were delicious. The staff were friendly and very thoughtful people, and I was very happy to have chosen to have my layover stay at Homewood Suites. Thanks again!!

Hotel was nice and hear a great breakfast. Ladies at the front desk were very kind and helpful. I came here to say the bed and pillows were horrible. I spend 100+ nights in a hotel a year and for me to think a bed is bad it has to be bad. If I was staying longer than two nights I would have moved hotels.

Very convenient to the airport, of course, but surprisingly convenient to much of Nashville, though there can be some traffic. The hotel advertises itself as being renovated, and it has been, cosmetically, but old things remain. Nevertheless, room was clean and beds comfortable. Pool is nice and the planes fly right overhead (you can hear them in the room, but it's not really very bothersome). Friendly service, and the breakfast is decent, though the breakfast area can be pretty crowded.

The hotel was conveniently located in a safe area - I am a female traveling alone for work so this is important. The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom area where the shower is located is tight quarters. Fitness room was good. Breakfast was nice; however no plant based milk alternative was offered (as usual in Hilton hotels). Sunflower Bakehouse (EXCELLENT!) is 1 1/2 miles from hotel as well as other eating places. Overall a good place to stay.

We had a great stay at the Homewood Suites Nashville Airport. While we encountered a minor technical glitch at check-in, the way the staff handled it was exceptional. • Problem-Solving Staff: The gentleman at the front desk was incredibly helpful when we had trouble getting into our room. Even though we had to wait for the engineer to return from lunch, the engineer arrived promptly afterward and fixed the key card reader right away. Both were extremely apologetic for the delay. • Above-and-Beyond Service: Due to staffing, the morning shuttle wasn't running, but the hotel didn't leave us stranded—they provided a complimentary Lyft to the airport, which was a huge stress-relief. • Family-Friendly Breakfast: Traveling with my wife and two young kids can be hectic, so having breakfast ready before 6:00 AM was a lifesaver. It allowed us to get a bite to eat before our early flight. • Room & Location: The location is perfect for travelers. Our room was clean, comfortable, and very affordable. The front desk staff even followed up in the morning to apologize again for the door issue. It’s rare to find this level of genuine care and accountability. I highly recommend staying here if you are departing out of BNA!

Great experience at this hotel last week! Clean rooms, friendly staff, and good location. Heads up, you have to pay for parking, but they have security at night so that more than makes up for it!
